In 2000 David Swinley bought over MSM and renamed it D Swinley Engineering.
In 2010 the company changed hands again and became JWR Recovery Systems.
In 2015 MV Commercial approched JWR with the intention of combining our business with their design and engineering expertise to create MV Recovery Trucks.

This is why we have invested extensively in upgrading our onsite painting, shot blasting and finishing facilities so that we can offer you the highest quality commercial vehicle painting and livery services with speedy turnaround times.
Our modern state of the art facilities cover a 3.5 acre site and feature a 32-metre blast bay and two 16-metre paint ovens to ensure excellent finish and profile while reducing costs and lead time.
Backed up with over 150 years of combined vehicle refurbishing experience and 24 hours a day operation, our fabricators and painters have transformed to date over 2000 commercial vehicles and trailers, making them the pride of their respective fleets.
Our workshop facilities operate 24 hour a day, 7 days per week inspection, repair and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are kept in peak condition and operating at maximum efficiency. In addition to the standard services such as in-house MOT inspections and tacho testing and calibration, we also have highly trained and qualified crane engineers who operate from our nationwide depots and via mobile service units.
